Technology Assistance Procedures

Due to the recent events, the technology department needs to address students/parents  visiting the office. 

If you are a remote learning student you can use the calandly links listed below to schedule a time with either Coach Pritchard or with Ms. Lees to come to the school or set up a virtual meeting and have your issue addressed.

If you are a student who is attending school on campus you will need to notify your teacher that you have an issue and have them email Coach Pritchard or Ms. Lees to set up an appointment for you to come to the office (this will usually require no wait time). We do not want students in the office at the same time. 

DO NOT just come to the office.

We are having to change our procedures to keep our students and staff safe.

If you are a remote learner who does not have internet access the school has hotspots available for you to come and do your schoolwork from your vehicle. They are located outside each of the campuses, the fieldhouse, and the Tye building. There is also a free hot-spot provided by A&W Broadband located behind Allsups (This is not a school hotspot). 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this difficult time and we would like to thank you in advance for the change in this procedure.
