Don't forget anyone 9th grade through 12th grade wishing to participate in athletics, must have a physical on file with the athletic department before they can begin any physical activity (practice, work-outs, games, etc). If you have not gotten your physical, packets are available at the office and you may schedule an appointment with a doctor of your choice.
